SPONSORSHIPS OPPORTUNITIES

Sponsors receive first choice of exhibit booth location

1. Bag Inserts - "MOST POPULAR" - $175

You'll have the ability to provide 1 to 5 sheets of literature inserted in each conference tote bag. MOST POPULAR

Supplied literature MUST be clipped/stapled together and provided prior to the Conference.

2. Web Site Logo - $100

Have your company’s logo placed on the NJ TransAction Conference Web Site Home Page.

Logos will include a link to your own web site. Logos will remain posted until December 2017.

The following sponsorships will receive an advanced attendance listing with email addresses one week prior to the conference. These sponsorships also receive premier/first choice of booth location.

3. Poster Ads - $275

You provide us the artwork and we will print a double sided 22" x 28" full color poster advertising your company. MOST POPULAR

Poster Ads will be placed in the hallway leading to the Exhibit Show Room.

4. Thursday's PDH & AICP Legal Ethic's Training Snack/Beverage Break - $500

(Multiple Sponsors are Available - $500) Safeline-FP

Have your company co-sponsor the double session Engineers PDH and Planners AICP Ethic Training which will be held on Thursday, April 19, 2018. A snack break along with hot and cold beverages will be set up inside the room where the training takes place for all attendees

5. Email Banner Advertisement (included in all TransAction Emails) - $1,000

Beginning January 2018, emails advertising the NJ TransAction Conference as well as registration applications and other information will begin to be emailed to the list of over 7,000 email addresses. Emails will be sent out at least every 2 weeks until the conference date.
Have your banner ad with links included in every email. You also have the option of changing the ad before it is sent out.

This exclusive sponsorship opportunity will put your company front and center. Every conference attendee becomes a walking advertisement for the duration of the conference wearing your company name or logo on the every conference badge.

7. Conference Tote Bag - $3,300

Your agency's logo will be on the right bottom corner of the front cover with words indicating that your company is the Program Sponsor ALSO, a full color page advertisement will be on the back cover of the TransAction Conference program. Every attendee receives a program in their conference tote bag.

9. Mobile App - $2,000

This exclusive sponsorship opportunity will allow your company to sponsor the 2018 NJ TransAction Conference Mobile App.

The App will also include an individual page/link for you to describe your company and services. Your logo will be the only one seen on the bottom of the App's home page.
